Chris Dobson (Marine Electrical & Engineering) provides a fast friendly service to both coastal and inland waterway users in the North of England. 

Whilst based in Yorkshire we carry out projects large & small in Whitehaven, Fleetood, Glasson, Anglesey and the Menai Straits. We have even travelled as far afield as Sant Carles in Spain. Our workshop is equipped to deal with all types of electrical projects, and we are equipped to diagnose faults and repair Eberspacher heaters. On the road we can deal with most projects from our well stocked van, and we carry several items of advanced diagnostic equipment not usually found in boat yards.

 We professionally install Raymarine, Garmin, equipment including Radar, AIS, Chart Plotters, Fish Finders & Multi-function displays. When it comes to on board power we have a wide range of solutions and we fit power distribution systems from Mastervolt, Victron, and Blue Sea Systems.  We are not affiliated to any one supplier or manufacturer, so we can offer completely impartial advice so that we can design and build the systems to suit your needs and budget.

To complement our electrical services we offer a range of engineering solutions, including servicing & winterisation, re-engine packages, and engine removal and installation. Many of our customers use us to oversee the maintenance of their boats leaving them free to enjoy their time on the water.
